PLANS

All coaching packages begin with an initial consultation (50% of monthly coaching fee). A recent lactate threshold or 60 minute field test is helpful, but not required. It will be used for creating workouts and proper training zones. A VO2 max test is also helpful; please contact for more info.

The Real Deal – $350/ 4 Week Block
This is an all-inclusive package that provides detailed training plans and unlimited client initiated contact.

  • Off-season discussions which will cover setting personal goals for the season and points along the way, heart rate and/or wattage training zones, and season overview plan.

  • One on one conversations as needed. These will cover a wide range of topics as desired by the individual.

  • Unlimited client initiated phone/e-mail contact. The purpose being to answer questions, alter training plans and give any necessary advise.

  • Off-Season training (the most important training block of the year!)

  • Daily training file review (with real-time notification of workout completion)

  • A FREE premium Training Peaks account

  • Seamless integration of your training plan into your personal calendar

The Skinny- $250/ 4 Week Block
This is a limited services package that provides training plans and limited client contact.

  • Off-season discussions which will cover setting personal goals for the season and points along the way, heart rate and/or wattage training zones, and season overview plan.

  • One on one discussions 1-2X month. These will cover a wide range of topics as desired by the individual.

  • Limited client initiated phone/e-mail contact. The purpose being to answer questions and track progress on a limited basis

  • Off-Season training (the most important training block of the year!)
